This paper develops a new solution of gravitational vacuum star in the background charged Kiselev black holes as an exterior manifold. We explore physical features and stability thin-shell gravastars with radial perturbation. The matter thin layer located at greatly affects stable configuration developed structure. assume three different choices distribution such barotropic, generalized Chaplygin gas phantomlike equation state. last two models depend on shell radius, also known variable For barotropic model, structure gravastar is mostly unstable while it shows for type extraordinary quintessence parameter. resulting indicates behavior but model. It found that proper length, entropy energy within show linear relation thickness shell.
